Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to support customers in Trane Supply stores. You will help with parts and equipment issues, deliver quality solutions, and meet sales goals while ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, inside sales or retail experience, and a strong focus on customer service and problem solving. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on service, improvement and safety.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries about parts and supply offerings.
• Stay informed on Trane products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a premier experience.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Enter quotes and invoices and manage fulfillment with accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
