Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Associate for our Trane Supply stores. You will be the trusted advisor to customers, helping resolve parts or equipment issues and delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion.

You will need product knowledge, a drive to meet sales goals, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling quotes and orders with precision, maintaining knowledge of promotions,

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add‑on extensions.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
