Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Carlsbad, NM, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer.

You will coordinate daily work and resolve issues to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in business or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet DMV standards; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training to enable support and coverage.
• Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
• Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and trends to determine root causes and communicate recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for improved performance on the account.
• Work through border crossing issues as needed.
