Schneider National, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator in Midland, Texas, to act as the on-site liaison between Schneider and the customer.

You will resolve complex problems, lead the team for resolution, and coordinate daily work distribution to ensure seamless service. Responsibilities include deepening knowledge of the customer supply chain, providing training on processes and technology, and presenting new offerings during weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Midland to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer.
