Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Carlsbad, NM, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer.

You will coordinate daily work and resolve issues to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in business or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet DMV standards; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Carlsbad to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities:
