Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior inside sales/retail experience in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment. You’ll build relationships and contribute to achieving sales goals while supporting warehouse activities as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and determine best resolution to ensure satisfaction.

• Process orders and respond to inquiries or complaints for Parts and Supply; offer solutions for future sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
