Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to be the trusted advisor for customers visiting Trane Supply stores. You will help resolve parts or equipment issues, deliver high-quality parts, and ensure timely solutions while meeting sales goals and maintaining exceptional service.

Role requires knowledge of products, strong problem-solving skills, and ownership of order management to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. On-site schedule and benefits support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify related products or add-ons to grow sales with customers.

• Stay updated on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Interact with customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage quotes and orders accurately to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends when required.
