Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier service.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with high accuracy for on-time delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
