Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Customer Sales Associate for its Trane Supply stores. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, resolving parts and equipment issues, and driving sales through knowledge of products and promotions.

You will handle quotes, orders, and inquiries, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction. A HS diploma and prior sales or retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or retail experience preferred.
• Customer-focused environment with emphasis on service and safety.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales through related products or add-ons.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions for a premier customer experience and sales growth.
• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to assist effectively.
• Execute quote and order management with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
