Responsibilities

• Build relationships to drive repeat business and support process improvements.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate by ordering items as needed.
• Place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order without approval.
• Source products from branch inventory, distribution centers, or suppliers.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
• Coordinate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment; handle customer returns when needed.
