Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a customer-facing, on-site role in Rochester, NY to deliver prompt service across shipping/receiving, mail/courier, and device maintenance. The role supports reception, inventory, and site operations to ensure client satisfaction.

You will respond to requests, maintain records, and work with cross-functional teams to cover shifts and locations as needed. The position requires an HS diploma and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Must obtain required security/clearances for customer sites.
• May require driving between multiple client locations with a valid license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping/receiving duties and maintain records of shipments.
• Process mail and courier items, track items and route requests.
• Provide on-site device maintenance and end-user assistance.
• Perform front desk reception tasks and schedule meetings.
• Participate in cross-functional trainings for adequate coverage.
• Adjust site responsibilities based on client/division needs.
