In a fast-paced office setting, you will manage high volumes of calls, emails, and chats, maintain accurate records, and process payments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving problems.

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Ability to take payment information and process payments.
