Job summary

Silencer Central is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our on-site team in Sioux Falls. You will ensure orders are available, accurate, and salable, receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and meeting customer expectations.

The role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and using multiple software systems to input data.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent work ethic and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for manufacturing support activities, including inventory control, materials management, distribution and kitting.
• Organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their installation needs.
• Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse.
• Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into several software systems.
• Perform reception of incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Follow all workplace safety processes and procedures.
• Provide elevated support to our customers and team by working diligently to complete processes on a timely basis.
