Job summary

Silencer Central, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative. You will answer phones, provide product information, and guide customers through the silencer-buying process with patience, precision, and a customer-first mindset.

In a fast-paced office setting, you will manage high volumes of calls, emails, and chats, maintain accurate records, and process payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with demanding customers.

Responsibilities

Classification: Full time, Exempt

Shift: Monday - Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T, W, Th.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
