Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong track record delivering web development projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with CRM/ERP software, NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Software Development team following Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Oversee codebase development, workflows, and technical debt reduction.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business operations to design improved processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure performance and UX targets.
