Job summary

Sig Sauer, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 1st shift onsite to support product consumers, facilitate repairs, handle sales and provide product knowledge.

You will be the key link between customers and SIG SAUER, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communications. The position emphasizes professionalism, responsiveness, and strong teamwork with finance, legal, marketing, IT, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent.
• Experience with Customer Service, Sales or working in a Call Center.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure on-time results.
• Self-motivated and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries for new orders, warranty claims, pricing, availability and general inquiries across product lines.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Sell products and accessories to consumers that meet their needs.
• Support the department on tasks related to consumer interests and business development.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, IT and other teams to best serve customers.
• Use multiple programs to manage orders, returns, repairs, and research technical requirements.
• Communicate trends in customer inquiries to management.
• Attend customer-facing tradeshows when possible.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
