Job summary

Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and CRM data entry, while delivering exceptional homeowner support.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with one Saturday per month) and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, EAP, and a $500 referral program. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and save sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data entry in CRM systems.
