CL Support Services is seeking an On-Site Appointment Setter to join our team in Houston, TX. You will set up service appointments and respond to online requests from customers seeking foundation repair services.

The role involves outbound calls, real-time responses to online requests, and coordinating with field managers to schedule inspections. A background in call center or customer service is required, with strong communication and typing skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center/appointment setting or customer service experience required
• Strong verbal writing and typing skills
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• 8-hour schedule Mon-Fri with some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Provide outbound customer service calls for client locations across multiple states
• Respond to online service requests by phone, text, chat, or email
• Set appointments for free foundation inspection using I360
• Answer customer questions with excellent service
• Follow up with customers and field managers for updates
