Responsibilities

• Complete orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Monitor warranty repairs and validate service requests.
• Conduct on-site warranty inspections and generate work orders.
• Drive repeat and referral business through customer loyalty improvement.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to read blueprints preferred

General knowledge of building codes preferred

Education
