Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer literacy is required to operate service systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred to understand construction plans.
• General knowledge of building codes is preferred to interpret compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete division and/or Customer Care orientation, onboarding, and training programs (e.g., construction knowledge, job site rules, safety, warranty, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan).
• Interact with CFT/manager until CCM Certification is completed.
• Develop literacy in construction warranty, root cause analysis, materials, and Pulte standards.
• Responsible for warranty quality confirmation before delivery to customer.
• Assist other Customer Care Managers and/or supervisor in duties including monitoring warranty repairs and coordinating inspections.
