Responsibilities

• Complete division onboarding and training programs (construction knowledge, safety, warranty).
• Interact with customers and internal teams to resolve service requests.
• Monitor warranty repairs and service progression; coordinate inspections.
• Submit line items and generate work orders in the service system.
• Follow up with homeowners and vendors on open service requests.
• Develop independence through on‑the‑job training and CCM Certification.
