Job summary

ProAmpac is hiring an on-site Customer Account Representative in Auburn, WA. You will be the central point of contact for order entry and management, collaborating with Sales, Graphics, Shipping, and Production to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

You will engage customers professionally, manage pricing updates, and coordinate shipments through the SAP system. Ideal candidates have 2 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Two years’ related experience preferred with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Visio/Outlook usage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers to understand needs and advise on products and services.
• Manage orders from entry to on-time delivery and communicate delays or changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate designs, graphics, and shipping.
• Enter shipping data into SAP and expedite urgent shipments when needed.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Provide order-entry support for teammates and handle inquiries promptly.
