Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the customer and plant departments.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and advise on products.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email and resolve issues.
• Log customer complaints in Salesforce and follow up.
• Oversee order fulfillment from entry to delivery.
• Perform sales-related admin tasks and data entry.
• Collaborate with graphics, production, purchasing, logistics, and sales.
• Backup CSR team when needed.
