Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to act as the primary contact for customers, sales, and internal teams in our California and Georgia locations. You will manage orders end-to-end with accuracy and urgency, while monitoring inventory and shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role you will partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment, resolve customer concerns, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word/Excel and order management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, and internal teams in our California and Georgia locations.
• Manage orders from entry through shipment with a high level of accuracy and urgency.
• Monitor inventory, order status, and shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Resolve customer concerns and drive solutions that strengthen relationships and drive timely, effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate order, pricing, and shipment documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Use customer systems and portals to manage real-time updates and reporting.
