Job summary

Atrium is seeking an Account Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer support and manage the order-to-fulfillment process for a large customer base. You will coordinate with production, logistics, and import teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery, while maintaining strong customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with SAP within a fast-paced environment. Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience, chemical industry background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional interaction by phone and email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP or similar business systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and import teams to meet delivery requirements and resolve scheduling issues.
• Communicate order status, shipment progress, and delivery updates to customers; address changes or delays.
