Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Basic math and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact within the storeroom and support customers and suppliers.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and procurement transactions.
• Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and communicate updates to customers and vendors.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, accounts payable issues, and order exceptions.
• Coordinate vendor communications, product sourcing, returns, and inventory inquiries.
• Generate reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety requirements and standard operating procedures; temp-to-hire opportunity.
