Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service or inside sales experience.
• Industrial distribution or parts counter experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and good communication.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• On-site role; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting/returns.
• Source parts as needed.
• Assist in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.
