Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring at multiple NE Iowa locations for an entry-level to experienced sales role within our ag retail network. You will interact with growers, develop new prospects, and drive sales of crop inputs while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a university background or significant agriculture experience and proficiency with standard office software. This full-time on-site role offers growth opportunities within Nutrien’s vast network.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience
• 2+ years experience in agriculture industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain profit margins
• Ensure on-time, accurate delivery and product quality for customers
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products
• Provide credit information to assess risk and support credit decisions
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable and support collections efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
