Qualifications

• Degree preferred; otherwise 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in agriculture industry and application of ag chemicals.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and product quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to sell proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers to assess risk and inform credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
