Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking an entry-level Full Time position in NE Iowa (Clinton, Dyersville, Hopkinton and surrounding areas). You will develop new prospects, interact with growers, and strive to meet sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of quality agricultural inputs.

The role requires 2+ years in agriculture and a university degree is preferred; strong proficiency with Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; if not, 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in agriculture industry or application of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase crop inputs sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely delivery and product quality.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions.
• Perform initial credit review of customers and assist Credit Manager with limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
