SERVPRO of Baldwin, Putnam, & Jones / SERVPRO of Monroe, Madison, & Monticello seeks a Priority Responder to serve as the on-site first contact during the critical initial phase of property damage incidents. You will assess damage, guide owners through restoration steps, and secure authorizations, working calmly under pressure to protect the client’s interests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales, emergency services, or restoration management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to speak authoritatively and empathetically.
• Ability to work independently and make high-level decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on-site for priority losses and establish a calm SERVPRO presence.
• Walk property owners through the restoration process and next steps.
• Secure signed service agreements through clear communication (no high-pressure sales).
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to start services.
• Capture photos and notes using company technology.
• Build relationships leading to trust and referrals.
