Join SERVPRO ® Team Cuthbertson as a Priority Responder, where you’ll be first point of contact, establishing the initial relationship, and educating the customer on mitigation and restoration processes and procedures.

In this role, you will respond urgently to all residential leads with the goal of closing the job for Team Cuthbertson. You will rigorously uphold the SERVPRO ® 1-4-8 service response guidelines by responding to the customer within 1 hour, arrive on-site within 4 hours to start the scoping and estimating process, and within 8 hours provide a verbal briefing to the customer or insurance adjuster detailing the scope of work and next steps.

We will provide all the training and support you need to restore property and peace of mind to our customers and provide value to our clients. We need an organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Document the loss and write the scope of work / estimate that meets all restoration standards and requirements.
• Create an accurate sketch and scope of work, with labor, material, and time requirements for the project.
• Maintain organized records and clear communication to ensure clean hand-off and communication with Production teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms and conducting follow-up phone calls.
• Prioritize safety, risk management, and professionalism at all times, ensuring job site safety for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in high-transaction environments.
• Experience with mitigation, cleaning, restoration, or construction services is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with technology (Microsoft product suite, CRM, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to learn and achieve proficiency in a variety of specialized software programs needed for the position.
• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and will regularly involve long hours, weekend, and holiday work.
• Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on a 24/7/365 basis to respond to emergency situations when on-call shifts are assigned.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
