Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Priority Responder to be the first point of contact for clients affected by water and fire damage. The role involves monitoring emergency alerts, quick site visits, and offering restoration services to property owners in need.

Responsibilities include coordinating with fire departments, insurance professionals, and clients, educating on services, and ensuring rapid, compassionate assistance. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or emergency response (mitigation/restoration experience a plus).
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed property owners.
• Strong knowledge of water and fire restoration services or willingness to learn quickly.

• Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, insurance adjusters, and other emergency personnel.
• Secure signed service agreements and coordinate immediate emergency services if needed.
• Collaborate with restoration team to ensure seamless transition from emergency response to restoration.
• Attend networking events and community meetings to promote our company and services.

We are looking for a Priority Responder to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients affected by water and fire damage.

Summary: As a Priority Responder, you will be responsible for monitoring emergency alerts from fire departments, arriving at damaged properties quickly, and offering our restoration services to property owners in need. You will serve as the face of our company, building relationships with clients, emergency personnel, and insurance professionals while ensuring quick and effective response to fire-related emergencies.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, emergency response, or a related field (mitigation/restoration experience is a plus).
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed property owners.
• Strong knowledge of water and fire restoration services or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as fires occur unpredictably.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions while under pressure.
• Basic understanding of insurance claims and understanding how fire losses are assessed.
