White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate in Tulsa, OK. You’ll assist walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, and provide product information to customers.

Preferred qualifications include proven customer service success, knowledge of construction products, and bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with sales order software (Oracle) is a plus; this on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders, and provides order information to customers.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty information.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and offers technical advice to resolve customer issues.
• Upsells related products and informs customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
