White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Counter Sales Associate for an on-site role in California. You will assist walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, and provide order information with strong product knowledge.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, upselling, and knowledge of construction products. Oracle-based ordering software experience and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Formación

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications, provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers’ problems.
• Upsells by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
