Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to walk-ins, calls, and will-call customers. You will process orders, quote prices, and provide detailed product information.

The role requires knowledge of product lines and the ability to upsell, with strong communication and teamwork. On-site work in the United States, Kansas region, bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Experience with sales order systems or ERP platforms (Oracle or similar).
• Ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and support upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Working knowledge of construction, industrial, or contractor-focused product lines, or the ability to quickly learn technical product applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy, including order entry and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers; pulls orders as required.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications, provides technical advice and helps resolve customers’ problems.
• Upsells by identifying related products, add-ons, and informing customers of product promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
