Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate in Tulsa. You’ll provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers and process orders, quotes, and order information.

You will pull orders as required and communicate product features and warranty terms to customers. Ideal candidates have knowledge of construction/industrial products, experience with sales order software (preferably Oracle), and the ability to upsell related products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process and enter orders, quote prices, and share order status.
• Pull orders as required.
• Explain product features and warranty policies to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications.
• Upsell by identifying related products, add-ons, and promotions.
