White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate to join our on-site team in El Paso, TX. You’ll serve walk-in and phone customers, process orders, and share product knowledge to help customers choose the right solutions.

A background in construction or industrial products, plus experience with sales order software (Oracle preferred) and Spanish language skills, are highly valued. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers.
• Pulls orders as required and communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications, provides technical advice and resolves customer problems.
• Upsells by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
