Job summary

JLL in Seattle is seeking a Program Delivery Coordinator for Amazon Meetings and Events. You will work with internal vendors and stakeholders to coordinate and support local Amazon events in corporate offices, ensuring spaces are prepared, clean, and ready for each function.

Responsibilities include processing event requests, leading planning meetings, coordinating logistics, providing on-site coverage, and tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in event coordination or related field.
• 3+ years of event coordination experience with demonstrated success managing logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for collaboration and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process event requests and communicate with Amazon customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning and walkthrough meetings with customers and vendors, acting as the primary logistics contact.
• Disseminate information to large audiences to ensure awareness and smooth operations.
• Provide on-site coverage and issue resolution during high-impact events.
• Collect and analyze event data metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain standardized event documents and templates.
• Support cross-functional vendor coordination across Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial, and Engineering.
• Assist in planning and hosting occasional organizational events as needed.
• Perform other duties in support of the Events Program Manager.
