Job summary

JLL in Kirkland, Washington is seeking a Move Coordinator to deliver seamless office move experiences. You will manage the complete move lifecycle, coordinating with administrators, managers, vendors, and clients to ensure flawless transitions and transparent cost reconciliation.

The role is data-intensive, requiring tracking, move matrices, and accurate reporting to support real-time decision making. Expect an on-site schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with salary in the mid-range and full-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and hospitality orientation with proven ability to build rapport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience management including onboarding and move logistics planning.
• Coordinate move execution with vendors, IT disconnections/reconnections and on-site supervision.
• Handle post-move administration, welcome communications and reporting updates.
