Job summary

JLL is seeking an Event Technician to provide essential operational support across site, facility and event teams in Bellevue. You will oversee event spaces, assist with setups/teardowns, coordinate with Event Coordinators and manage supplies for hosts and attendees, while assisting with general facilities tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and ability to work non-standard hours in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and assist with setups/teardowns.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends to support events.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or facilities support.
• Strong verbal and written communication with corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work independently.
• Calm under pressure with good problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of event spaces to ensure readiness.
• Execute setups/teardowns for meetings and events with furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate onsite meetings and stock supplies for hosts and attendees.
• Support general facilities duties including reception, guest support, mail, and office supplies.
