Job summary

JLL is seeking an Event Technician to provide critical operational support for event services, vendor oversight, and equipment management at our Bellevue site. You will help deliver exceptional customer service, maintain organized spaces, and assist with broader facility maintenance and occupancy services.

Responsibilities include daily space walkthroughs, on-site setups/teardowns, coordinating with Event Coordinators, and supporting reception and guest services as needed.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform event setups.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities support, or event coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication with corporate clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Calm under pressure with good problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Set up and tear down for meetings and events, including furniture and equipment configuration.
• Coordinate on-site meetings with Event Coordinators and stock event supplies.
• Support general facilities and administrative duties, including reception and mail services.
