Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copying machines and perform binding/finishing work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and escalate to technicians as needed.
• Set up equipment per customer specifications (toner, paper, etc).
• Receive, ship, and manage mail and supplies; report management data.
• Travel between customer sites may be required.
• Provide reception or help with meeting room setups when needed.
