Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–8 years of experience on $15–30 million or larger projects as a superintendent.
• OSHA 30‑hour certified.
• STS‑C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subcontractors to meet the project schedule.
• Develops and communicates the field work plan and changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Leads contractor meetings and maintains daily reports.
• Manages project schedule and logistics; enforces safety plans.
