Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–8 years of experience on $15–$30 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30‑hour certified.
• STS‑C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day‑to‑day coordination of trade partners and subs to meet project schedule.
• Develops, documents, and communicates field work plan changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Leads contractor meetings and manages daily reports and schedule updates.
• Ensures safety by acting as primary safety representative in the field.
• Maintains project quality plan and oversees inspections.
