Job summary

The role involves coordinating HVAC/mechanical systems with commercial construction, and leading on-site teams during heavy construction while supporting office or remote work during other periods.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work on-site during heavy construction.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for scope, constructability and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedules and manage subcontractors to milestones.
• Administer safety programs and manage warranties.
• Coordinate with vendors on submittals and equipment orders.
• Prepare weekly field reports and assist commissioning.
• Address M&V items during construction.
