Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction activities, including reviewing drawings and subcontractor selection.
• Manage construction schedule, safety programs, and subcontractor contracts.
• Track progress, report weekly field updates, and coordinate commissioning and warranty items.
