CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Manager to ensure project fulfillment after the design phase. The role involves coordinating on-site and office work, reviewing drawings, and managing safety and subcontractors across HVAC and commercial construction. Travel to job sites is required during heavy construction.

The successful candidate will lead a team, communicate effectively, manage pay applications, and help drive project schedules and milestones to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for scope and constructability.
• Manage bid process and subcontractor selection.
