Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC/mechanical and commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for scope, constructability and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedule and coordinate subs to milestones.
• Administer Safety Program and maintain safety binder.
• Develop subcontractor contracts and review pay applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for submittals and equipment orders.
• Lead construction review meetings and on-site supervision during heavy work.
• Prepare weekly field reports documenting progress for the owner.
• Assist with commissioning and address warranty items post-construction.
• Provide owner training and ensure warranty documentation.
