CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure on-time, safe, and quality project fulfillment after design. The role requires on-site leadership of HVAC/mechanical and commercial construction, strong communication, and collaboration with a broad project team including engineers, designers, and subcontractors.

Travel to job sites is required; some periods may allow office or remote work.

Formación

• Experience as a construction site superintendent in HVAC/mechanical and commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with design, engineering and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings for scope, constructability and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to milestones.
• Create safety binder and administer safety program on site.
• Lead weekly field meetings and provide progress reports to Owner.
• Coordinate training and commissioning activities; ensure warranties and start-up sheets are filed.
